Sorry if this is addressed somewhere else, I looked but really couldn't find it. My normal computer had a super serious meltdown and took my email folder with my confirmation information with it. How can I get that back?

Thanks

I've had yours resent to you.

Another way is if you remember your registration # and/or bookmarked the link to the badge editor:
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/bggconbadge/list/#### (where #### is your reg#).

On that page is a button to resend your confirmation email - useful especially if you make any changes to the badges under your registration.

I have my registration email printed and ready to go for November. It has a link to the BGG Con Badge Editor. However, that page is asking for a password that I don't remember setting. What is this page for and how do I set my password?
thanks,
-shrey

The password is originally randomly generated, and it is included in the confirmation email.

You can use the badge editor link to update the password to something more easily remembered once you've connected to it.

Sigh. Perhaps I should read emails instead of just skimming them. Thanks!

The email might have gone to your spam folder. There are a couple of threads on this.

More than a month after I registered and paid I started looking for my confirmation email. I pm'ed

and checked the Con forum for threads that might help me retrieve my email. I think it went to my spam and got deleted after 30 days (but before I started looking for it). I went through a few iterations of finding a self help suggestion, trying it, not getting or finding the confirmation and sending another pm to

. I think this happened on a Friday night. The following Monday morning I had a resend of my confirmation waiting for me in my regular email. I don't remember whether it was in my inbox or spam folder, but I got it. I made an Adobe pdf of it by using an Adobe pdf "printer."

May the Force be with you!
