I like the introduction of the rulebook:

Quote:
Scoundrels of Skullport™ is the first
expansion set for the Lords of
Waterdeep™ board game.

At Origins this year, the creators said that they had a number of expansion ideas that never made it to the game, but that they were eager to include as possible expansions. When I explicitly asked them if there would be more expansions, they said carefully "This is the only announced expansion" and then proceeded to tell us about other very fun ideas they had (including one for a graveyard, where you could take dead adventurers from previous quests). So, no, not right now, but reading between the lines, probably pretty likely.

Sounds great. I'm actually happy with the game as it is, but who doesn't like more content?

Actually this is one of the few games I would buy any single expansion that came up.

First. May be only.

Would buy all of them if they do more expansions!

Playing this a lot at the moment and its replacing Catan as the 'gate-opening' game for noobs and a crowd pleaser when we don't have the attention for Dominant Species.

The more plays the more tactics come out, but an expansion for 6 players and the extra actions will remove the chance of it ever getting classified as vanilla,

Bring on the 20th!
