hey everyone

i played a wargame (not on computer, a board game) a few years ago, but i cant remember what it is called, if anyone recognises it could you tell me the name please

there was a map of a world, lots of different countries - each player started with one country, but you could get more later
there were two countries of wizards, one of good wizards one of evil. one of these had a citadel or tower that was invisible
there were barabarians in it that you could get to fight on your side
the people were squares of cardboard
there was a sea serpent that you could control

and thats all i can remember

thanks for your time

Divine Right? Set in the mythical continent of Minaria. Good wizards were the Eaters of Wisdom, bad wizard was the Black Hand? Your description fits this very well--originally published by TSR with support from old Dragon mag; recently republished RightStuf, and one of my favorite games of all times.
