Convicing - You gain one extra troop in Mercenary territories.
Mobile - At the start of your turn, you may move one HQ you control to an adjacent territory you control. HQs cannot share a territory.
Resourceful - As long as you expand into a city territory, you draw a resource card, even if you didn't conquer a territory.
Stealthy - You may place some or all of your recruited troops into one unmarked, unoccupied territory. This is not an expansion.
Well-Armed - Add 1 to all of your attack dice when attacking an HQ.
Well-Supplied - When defending, you are unaffected by Ammo Shortage scars.


EMP - Activate before a combat roll. Dice rolled for combat in that territory can't be modified for the rest of the turn.
Interference - Activate as a player draws a resource card. That card cannot be drawn. The player can draw any other eligible card.
Bad Intel - Activate at the start of another player's turn. Deny that player one continent bonus, your choice.
Recon - Activate before you would draw a coin card. You may take any one face up territory card instead.
Rally - Activate at the start of your turn. Place 2 troops in every HQ you control.

Michael, I was wavering between DieM and IBalk. After seeing DieM on your draft line, I just couldn't bear (no pun intended) the thought of giving you five missiles!

Now that everyone has signed the board, I don't want us to loose sight of the fact that Michael still has a big advantage in this world---not just the three missiles, but winning three of the first five means he has multiple major cities as starting locations. This forces us scrubs to waste early picks on Ambassador and Nomad, while he has the flexibility to make more substantive draft picks.

Anyway... if I'm reading this right, Scott gets choice of 4P or 5P and then we're done.

I actually thought you took Ambassador to prevent someone else from ganking your city. Death Star: Continent bonus +2, Naming bonus +1, Biohazards +2, Mercenary -1 = +4 for Mark's Mutants.
