If I use Test Run to install Femme Fatale from my Stack and use Scavenge to trash that program and reinstall her, does she go back on top of my stack at the end of my turn, or does she no longer count as "still installed" for Test Run's purposes?

Thanks for the question. The Femme Fatale is treated as a new program, and does not return to the top of your stack. Hope that helps,

Lukas Litzsinger

Sensible enough! And solidifies this combo as splendid.

Thread title is too accurate. Please change the thread title to "No ruling questions answered". TIA.

So you could Test Run a Femme, scavenge for Morningstar, Bank Job then Stimhack and ... somehow you can turn this into a turn 1 Monolith, right?

click1: play bank job (4 credits left)
click2: run, take 8 (12 credits)
click3: testrun femme (9 credits)
click4: scavenge femme for Monolith

Edit: checking math.

Or:

click1: play Personal Workshop (4 credits left)
click2: play Monolith on Workshop
click3: play bankjob (3 credits left)
click4: play stimhack and run undefended remote
>>Run is successful, take 8 + 9 from stimhack + 3 remaining = Monolith in play.

But it's best in an Andy deck:

1: Account siphon (15 credits left)
2: Sure Gamble (19 credits)
3: Monolith

And you might actually still have some programs left in hand that you want to install. Full rig turn one.

I mean you're saving money for sure but let's not get too crazy here on the power. ;) Still have to get the combo, spend cash on the test run, and spend clicks.

I personally was very disappointed by the lack of a boot, let alone multiple.

I'll spend 3 on Test Run and 0 on Scavenge all day for a 9 cost Femme Fatale.

Bank Job, Dirty Laundry, Diesel, Modded+Monolith + Kate = 4 credits left to install that Morning Star.

Sorry, I have a habit, see.

And a severe distaste for threads that don't follow suit.

Scavenge can only install programs, so alas, you could not scavenge to get Monolith into play like this.

Click 2: Dirty Laundry Clearing the Bank job (15 Credits)
Click 3: Gamble or Second Dirty Laundry (18-19 Credits)
Click 4: Install Monolith

Sorry if I derail this thread, but I saw this and think the math works.

But then you're not really getting any benefit out of the Monolith (1 card left in hand), and it relies on an unprotected remote. But it is a way to get a turn one Monolith, it is true. Click 3 could also be Easy Mark.

Click 4: Modded Monolith

Please note, I do not suggest this as a viable idea, but rather that this is a possible way to set up a turn one Monolith*.

*Results may vary.
