To all my geekfriends, I know I haven't been around much lately, but BGG is still my homepage and everyone is still in my heart everyday. Just so damn busy!

I recently bought a spiffy new car and am thinking about getting a personalized license plate holder. Thing is, I can't come up with anything good to personalize it with. Everyone already knows that my kids are cuter than their kids, and I don't shop at Nordstroms, so here's the deal for all you creative BGGers - complete the following phrase:

Boardgamegeeks do it.....

Deadline is Friday, March 3 at 8 pm BGG time. I haven't got much GG to offer, so 10 GG it is. The winning phrase will find a home on my license plate frame - yay!

Feel free to submit entries directly on this thread so everyone can enjoy them!

Have you seen the license plate frames offered by http://www.meeplepeople.com/ ?
(I don't have any relationship with the business, except that I'm a satisfied customer ). I would probably get the "Power to the Meeple" one if I had a car, or maybe "University of Catan."

As to your original question/contest, I'm afraid I'm not clever enough to think of an entry, sorry.

Then again, I suppose these could work:

"Boardgamegeeks do it... with meeples."

"Boardgamegeeks do it... without luck."

"Boardgamegeeks do it... by the rules."

"Boardgamegeeks do it... with sheep."

"Boardgamegeeks do it... with euros."

... with hardcore pawns.
..., then resolve the conflicts.
..., then put the bits away.
... after hours of setup.

Carcassonne players do it one to each location, of course, but that's not what you're looking for.

All this reminds me of a joke.

Q: What's the difference between boardgaming and sex?
A: Boardgamers take their bits out of the plastic bag before they play.

Boardgamegeeks do it... to score!

Boardgamegeeks do it... to win!

Boardgamegeeks do it... taking turns.

Boardgamegeeks do it... accoring to the FAQ.

Boardgamegeeks do it... without Free Parking.

Boardgamegeeks do it... with the whole family.

Boardgamegeeks do it... with their kids.

Boardgamegeeks do it... playing with their Meeples.

Boardgamegeeks do it... in public.

Boardgamegeeks do it... clockwise.

Boardgamegeeks do it... once around the table.

Boardgamegeeks do it... for victory points.

Boardgamegeeks do it... in phases.

Boardgamegeeks do it... for the highest bid.

Boardgamegeeks do it... three moves ahead.

Boardgamegeeks do it... after negotiation.

Boardgamegeeks do it... in the basement.

Boardgamegeeks do it... for the lucre.

Boardgamegeeks do it... well, they really don't do it as much as they would like, but they certainly like to talk about it.
(OK, so you'll need a long plate for that one..)
