So I know I am missing something here but can't think of what exactly. I see combos mentioned to use stimhack to eventually play monolith. How would accomplish this with stimhack since the 9 credits are returned at the end of the run? Any specific help would be appreciated.

I tried to search to find an answer but didn't come up with anything. Thanks again in advance.

You would put Monolith on Personal Workshop. During the run spend the 9 credits on the hosted Monolith, people do this to get out other programs quickly and all at once.

It can work, sure, but do you really want to spend 9 credits out of pocket (or less, depends on how much time is left) and take a brain damage?

So to get your programs out all at once so to speak are people using multiple workshops?

Thanks for the response that makes sense.

You can host as many things as you want on a Personal Workshop. The only restriction it has in that regard is that only one of them will have a power counter removed for free at the start of your turn. (And of course, having many things hosted on one card is a great risk when it comes to trashing.)

It's worth noting that Stimhack can be used for any paid abilities during a run. While it doesn't apply to hardware like Monolith, you can use Stimhack credits with cards like Clone Chip and Self-Modifying Code to pay for programs that are currently in your Stack or Heap as well.
