Marc-André, Nathalie and Sophie decided they would try AoS South America. We already had very good experience with 3 players on this map.

Sophie started in the northeast region, Nathalie in the western region and Marc began his network around Buenos Aires. Nathalie and Sophie had a good start and they were able to steal some goods from Marc. Marc struggled for some rounds and he also had to pay more than the other players because he had to pay the El Presidente but he then used his favorite strategy. He began to bid for locomotive no matter his situation and during this time the other players had to pass a shipment to upgrade their locomotive. At one time it looked like Nathalie and Sophie would cornered Marc-André but he was able to find a way out and he connected La Paz, an interesting pool of goods.

The 3 players appreciated their game. Even if the El Presidente was not used as often as in a 4 or 5 players game it was important since they had to take in account the fact that they had to pay for each shipment that pass by Buenos Aires.

Final scoring;
Marc-André: 123
Sophie: 111
Nathalie: 90
