Have people had good experiences with customer support from Avalon Hill/WotC?

I'm wondering because I purchased a new copy of Nexus Ops a couple of weeks ago, only to get home and find that all the cards were missing.

I've sent three e-mails to WotC the last two weeks and haven't heard a peep from them.

Any suggestions?

Go to the main Hasbro site for customer service.

Call them. I've done it before and they've been great. Emails are too easy to ignore, but with a call you'll get a real person who's only job is customer support. I think they're relieved when the question isn't about Magic The Gathering.
