I keep hearing how publishers such as Days of Wonder and GMT have phenominal customer service. Well here is a case of the opposite.
I purchased Starter Set 2 of Anachronism. When I opened the box there were no instructions. So I wrote to Triking for a rules booklet. Two weeks later I had no responce. So I wrote again and this time I got an automated responce saying that they had received my email. But it has been 3 weeks and still nothing.
They only publish one game so you would think they would be even more customer service oriented then other major publishers but I guess not.
