Mutant Agenda: Draw two fewer cards at the end of this turn.
Personal Magnetism: Rescue two bystanders.
Brains Over Brawn: KO all strength heroes played this turn.
Making Mischief: Each player gains the top four cards from the deck of the player on their left.
Tricks and Traps: All players may KO an Avengers hero from their hand to draw two cards. If they do not, they must discard a card.
Bait and Switch: You may reveal a Ranged hero to rescue one bystander. If you do not, then gain one wound.
Absorb Energy: KO all Ranged heroes played this turn.
Ruthless Dictator: Reveal top two cards. KO one and put the other back. If you KO a tech hero, draw a card.
Plots Within Plots: Reveal a Covert hero. If you do, rescue one bystander. Otherwise, gain one wound.
Witness My Triumph: Place an instinct hero from the HQ on Dr Doom. The next player to defeat him gains this card.
These are all Fight effects, of course.

Drashia also posted higher difficulty Tactics cards for the original Masterminds... You might want to compare yours with what theirs.
