This isn't a flame, just a question.

I recently got Conquest of the Empire, and while organizing all the parts I noticed I was missing one part. This was over the weekend. I sent an email to Eagle explaining the situation, not expecting to hear anything right away, since it was Saturday. Now it's Thursday and I haven't heard back yet.

Has anybody who's dealt with them able to tell me how long a response takes?

I'm sure that they will make it good, I'm just wondering on the time frame...

I did that, but they haven't added COTE to their drop-down menu yet, so maybe that's the hold-up: "Other."

Actually, heard from Keith of Eagle games last week that they're at GAMA this week. I know they don't have a huge office staff, so I'd guess that they're all there.

Give it a few days.

Same thing happened to me. I think I waited about a week or so before I go an email reply.... and the missing part showed up a week or so later. They made good and I am a happy customer!

In my case, I sent an email to amy@eaglegames.net

I do not remember how I found the email address. Random web searching...
