Has anyone had any success reaching customer service at Cryptozoic?

I posted a ticket on their website over a week ago with no response. I've also tried unsuccessfully to reach anyone in customer service via telephone.

Any ideas?

Their CS is generally among the best in the Biz (IMO). Check out their site for a contact mail as well. I think you could check out their forums on their site, they are usually pretty good about getting back on there.

OK, maybe I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I am not seeing either a contact e-mail (they shovel you into the customer service portal, which seems to go unanswered) or site forums.

I opened up a ticket six days ago - have not heard from anyone. Bought "Gravwell" and my copy did not have any grey ships.

I've had a ticket open for 2 broken ships now for 13 days with no response ... Definitely the worst customer service to date.

I've had a ticket open over a week with no response. I bought DC Deck building and have no weakness cards and I am missing an additional 8 deck cards.
Very poor customer service.
