Take the challenge.
It ramps up pretty quickly and will give you new type of questions every now and then:

Calculation is about simplifying numerical expressions. If you need to know what math is about, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mathematics.
For a mathematician, calculation is of little importance as there is no difference at all between "2+2" and "4". In fact, most mathematicians are not very good at doing calculations, as they have so little need for them.

I thought it would keep getting harder. I had to retry a few times, but I think it took less than five minutes to finish.
I guess I can do simple maths under pressure?

I have a hard enough time with mathematics asis...Put me under pressure and slap an equation to solve down and my head just might explode.

Sometime not even that. 9x12 is 108. That's not calculation, that's a hard wired lookup table in my brain, burned in by learning tables at primary school (we started with the recitation, by age 8 or 9 we would be expected to instantly reply when given something like that).
Oddly, that makes multiplication in such tests easier than addition. I can do 9x12 faster than 9+12 (though still pretty fast).

Just look at the two numbers in the question. The if both or none end in a 5 then pick the answer ending with a zero, otherwise pick the answer with a 5 in the end.
