Just a quick clarification:
a non-phasing air unit intercepts an air unit on a OAS mission prior to the target hex, an air battle ensues. At the completion of 1-3 rounds of air combat does the the phasing player

A.) return directly to base
or
B.) does the phasing unit continue on to the original target

Hi Joe - the latter - otherwise the defenders could frustrate every OAS mission simply by intercepting the attackers before they got to the target hex.

Hope this helps,

ernie

Thanks Ernie. I'm having a bit of trouble with OAS missions generally. Would it be possible to create an example of play similar to what you did with ground combat?

Thanks for a terrific game.

Hi David - Not a bad idea - on the work front, it's a little busier for me during semester than over summer - but I'll see what I can do - ernie

Hi, d d - thanks for the kind words; in between now and whenever I can find time to do a graphic example of play for OAS, are there specific rules that seem unclear? If so, I can clarify.
