Since there's a lot of references, it could be great to detail the list.

For example, I would like to know what the Grey Opal is referring to.

I wonder if The Dread Gazebo is a reference to the Gazebo that gets "killed" in Knights of the Dinner Table.

Tenacious Z is a tribute to the band Tenacious D.
The band that wrote the best song in the world. A tribute to it, that is.

Yes, but only because the comic is a reference to this.

Looks legit. So I will list the ones you will tell me, since I own the french version who doesn't have exactly the same references.

Admittedly, some things are hard to translate and still include the reference.

Even more so if the translators are not pointed to the references which they usually aren't.

The Tenacious Z / D reference is totally lost in the German translation, for example.

We're lucky here, they do a great job when translating, and they totally get the jokes

Couple of references I *may* have noticed. Let me know if it's a stretch.

Zombies:
Walker - Were zombies typically called walkers before Walking Dead?

Overrun - Tank in the middle of a city with an eerily similar "sheriff". A scene in Walking Dead (season 1) has Grimes (a deputy) come across a tank in the middle of Atlanta before nearly getting overrun.

Tricksters:
Flame Trap - Picture shows a cereal box with a leprechaun on it labeled "Unlucky". Reference to Lucky Charms cereal.

Bases:
Factory 436-1337: Translates to AEG LEET, or AEG elite.

Mushroom Kingdom: Mario.

It's a reference to Eric and the Dread Gazebo, a classic role-playing game tale.
