What are the languages that you will be developing in?

My front end developers really like Netbeans for html, js, css, and php development.

We've had god luck with eclipse on OSX. Aptana is based on eclipse, but it's all kinds of bloatware.

Could also put on vmware and run your app server, which I'm guessing is probably not on mac. unless app server is running remotely anyway.

What SCM are you using?

Yeah the reason I use stand-alone Aptana on the Debian workstation was that others used it. Not so much my choice.

Hrmm... yeah I guess I could setup a virtual box to run CentOS but I hope we get sandboxes soon (and VPN to work but thats another thing)

I am an Eclipse zealot. But, Netbeans has great PHP support. I would give that a look.
