It's been over a week and I have no response from Stronghold Games about a damaged card that came in my copy of Stronghold. Anyone else have trouble getting help?

Might help if you contact the right publisher.
Stronghold is published by Valley Games, Inc.in the US.
I personally have had horrible experiences with Valley Games customer support.
