It's been over a week and I have no response from Valley Games about a damaged card that came in my copy of Stronghold. Anyone else have trouble getting help?

Valley Games product listing on their website had over 75% of their games listed as out of stock or sold out [I gave up looking after that]. Some of the notices were included in the product description, some in the order section.

I sent an email via their website asking about Octopus' Garden expansions. Got a response from from one of them. I paid them via paypal and haven't heard anything since.

You should contact Paypal on the double and ask for a refund. I cannot believe someone on their end actually took an order from you. They may still be in business, technically, but it seems they no longer have access to their inventory of games.

Sounds like one of the ever optimistic, but serendipitously naive volunteers.

On a more serious note, I would strongly recommend filing a Paypal dispute while you are still within the 45 day claim window. You will more-than-likely receive your money back.
