Last jear was a bargain booth with lots of games for very little money. Will it be there to this year?

Indubitably. There's always at least one run by Heidelburger, and there's the whole fleamarket too.

Could you give some examples of bought games in the last years and the respective prices?

I picked up Hive for 18€ last year. The same booth had a shelf of other games at +/- 20% off RRP, but it also sold several games for only 5 or 10 €. Schweinebande was one of them, but I can't remember any other titles, I'm afraid. There are plenty of bargains to be had though, rest assured

The Heidelberger booth is always a nice place for bargains. In the last years, I got:
Firenze for 15€
Artus for 5€
Egizia for 20€
Pergamon for 15€
The Speicherstadt for 15€
At the Gates of Loyang for 20€

They are all German versions.

And a friend found an English Agricola for 25€.

I got a message from the operators of the bargain booth that i have in mind.

On Facebook, they have the name "Halle 1, Stand B103". They are gathering at the moment all informations and will post them on their facebook site.

I will keep you up to date :-)

Greetings Adrian

How many non-German games can be found in the bargain booths?

Except for Heidelberger almost none. Most shops who have those special offers sell off their own stock and since they are German shops, they tend to have German editions only.

Heidelberger however is primarily a distributor and they usually have quite a few international editions in the mix. About half of the games I bought there were international or English editions. But Heidelberger's special offers are of course restricted to the publishers that Heidelberger handles the distribution for (some of the popular ones are Fantasy Flight, Lookout, Repos, alea, CGE).

Besides, half the games out there are pretty much language independent, so whether they're in German or Swahili : I don't care - especially with bargains. You can always get a good rules translation and player aids over here.

And to be complete Heidelberger can be found:
* 1-B103
* 1-B104
* 1-B113
* 1-F100
* 1-F112
* 2-A140 (probably no bargain booth)
