im confussed by the city spaces saying somethin to the effect of "darw 1 card do not draw a card if there are 3 already on the space" why is this so different then the rest of the board an how does this effect game play?

It basically means you draw one card whenever you land on the space whether there are already cards on the space or not. However, if there are already three cards on the space then you do not draw any additional ones.

It's a pretty cool mechanic - you draw a card and then you have to encounter all the cards on the space including the one you just drew in order of their encounter number sequence.

It adds a little bit more excitement/risk than the normal draw one card spaces and of course, increases the odds of something big happening. (which could be good or bad!)

For example, if you have an enemy on a space, there is a chance you will draw an additional enemy and they will fight as one so there is a risk involved. However, there are not that many tough enemies in the City and i for one think the odds are in your favour that the card will be a beneficial one in the City. Either that or some exciting Event/Stranger.
