I prefer to play with these 3 variants:
- It is not allowed to show white cards except the mission
- Mission card is added to the request (identity or build) instead of replacing a card
- The Ambassador answers like any other pawn.

What do you think?

Yes, in that thread the concept is explained better.
The main problem is that some players prefer to show immediately all white cards. Points 2 and 3 avoid the possibility to show the couple of the same team (Fiddlebottom-Bubble, ZsaZsa-MrX) making the investigation more difficult.

I also like the idea here. How does the third ambassador rule change gameplay do you think? Is deduction a lot harder or slower? I guess this also makes the ambassador a lot less important to chase. Is this a good thing?
