Even if it´s a simple game, rules are a little bit opaque for me. Maybe because I´m not native speaker.

Could a kind soul explain me how it works production?

The table Base MSP Income. Two examples:

USSR in 1939, 40 MSP. Means 40 MSP every turn in 39?, Means the points only at the very beggining?

Following with soviets, it marks +100 in 1941. Does it means that in every turn in 41 you add the MSP on map +100?

That is the amount received on every turn, unless it is increased through alliances, annexations or other gains.
