Well I got my copy of Numenera, but my board was damaged at the edge and the tokens have a few creases through them.

So I was wondering if anyone had experienced damaged components from AEG before and how easy it is to get them replaced?

I had an issue where some of promo cards I purchase were damaged.
I contacted their customer service and they replaced my cards.
They have an awesome customer service.

Thanks for the info. I just hope me being in the UK won't be too much of an issue for them to send out replacements.

I'm a bit worried that many of the posts on their own forums talk about how horrible their service is.

I'm Still waiting for a reply from them but to be fair it's only been a couple of days.

Received a new board and tokens today. Very happy with the AEG service.
