I had my KS pick-up in Essen this week and received all stretch goals in the form of "Queenies". However, Queenie #3 is a ziplock bag with just the 2 dice. No leaflet/rules whatsoever included. Was everybody's copy like that, or am I missing the small booklet?

No rules are needed. Instead of drawing chits out of the bags, you just roll the dice.

The distribution on the dice is the same as with the normal chits provided with the game.

Advantage: Easier, quicker.
Disadvantage: It's possible to go a long while with no opportunities to trade. With chits, you don't replace them back into the bag until you draw a trade tile.

The game as originally released 20 years ago used dice. Designer Dirk Henn changed to chits to even out the chance distributions. The dice are an option to enable you to play "the original way".
