For some reason we got confused while reading the rules... And once you start to doubt, there's no way back

Is this how we are supposed to handle the seasons and rounds? Every season 3 rounds + 1 attack?

"When the Season Track token reaches the attack space, the season ends and the city is attacked" must be read as "when the Season Track token reaches a square in front of an attack symbol, you first play a round. After that round, you solve the attack. After the attack you move to the next square and start a new season and a new round", correct?

Geert,

Your interpretation on the drawing is correct.
When all players have passed you move the Season Track token to the next space. So after round 3 this lands on the Attack space, which you then resolve.
After the Attack phase, you move the Season Track token again and this will take it to the first "white" space of season 2.
Handle the attack as a separate phase and still move the token after the Attack phase has been completed; also the right time to all clean ups.

So I would change the description for the 1st season to:
Round 1: split cards, take 1st pile and play
Round 2: take 2nd pile and play
Round 3: split cards, take 1st pile and play
Attack: resolve attack, prepare for next season

Guys what about building what give something at the start of the seasons? So it`s only 2 times in the game after attacks? Or as at "illustration" at white spots (4 times in the game). Assuming you buy one as your very first turn.

It's only two times in the game, because at the start of the first season you don't have any buildings.
