This seems as good a place as any to discuss "Nacho Cheese."
I don't believe it exists.
I come from Cheeseland. I live in Cheddarstan. I've seen every variety of cheese known to man, and tried many of them myself.
But I've never seen anything called "Nacho Cheese."
I've heard of people melting down a bland cheese-like substance and throwing in some jalapeños or mixing it with salsa; but that's just manipulated cheese-like substance.
I want to believe in the existence of a pure, unmolested Nacho Cheese variety. Help me, Mulder!
