Question re: Vigilant.

Description says: "This creature is constantly guarding, protecting, or sheltering friendly objects. At the end of its Action Phase you may place a Guard marker on this creature, if it does not already have one."

Does this creature start with a guard token after being summoned, or does it have to wait until after its first Action Phase?

This is by no means an official answer, but just going by the description I would say no. It specifically states "At the end of its Action Phase" for when guard markers get put on it.

Since creatures come to play inactive, I would say no to the guard marker.
