when I'm looking for pattern?

Let's see at this image

On the left is card with L-shape pattern.
Is it correct to check this pattern as tile with lock-pawn, the blue tile above and black one on the right?
Or place where is the black tile (on the right of lock-pawn) should be empty?

Hi there.

The lock-pawn can be on top of a pattern. Its only purpose is to control that the last moved tile cannot be moved twice in a row.
The black tile doesn't prevent a pattern, so it doesn't have to be empty.

Hopefully this was helpful =).
