I like Paul's store and use it a lot, but I am not sure these items are a great deal as they seem to be being sold at the same price as everywhere else. Rune wars is out of stock and so is Descent?

I was browsing the store and noticed these the other day. Though like others Runewars was the one I was interested in and it's OOS. Shame.

I just added Agricola: Farmers of the moor expansion to an order. It's only £8.99 at the moment. I was certainly happy with that!

Even with postage (~£7) it's competitive with amazon.

Trains and stations seems to be a marmite of a game, Tom Vasel really liked it, but the Game pit guys were very negative about it, though they were talking pre-Essen and hadn't played the game.

Trains and Stations has an average rating of 6.09 at the minute. Not so much Marmite as New Coke?

I've played it and it's a nice game, a little heavier than king of Tokyo. You wouldn't write home about it.

I´ve played it at an Essen night session and consider it a very mediocre game with a pasted-on theme. Wouldn´t even buy it for a tenner. King of Tokyo is fun, this is just pointless endeavour. All 4 of us players had a similar opinion, even the guy who bought it..

Dear Mum

Just played Trains and Stations and it was really good...

Hmmm - yeah - I guess you're right - although to be fair I can't see me writing home about any of my boardgames!
