I have a buttload of moderations, but just out of protest to a certain person and his recent behavior, i am doing a free additional CiV WaW moderation for people on the watchlist. Any other mod who likes this idea is welcome to do the same.

Let's go for a PBF F&F W&W game with the following rules:

The game will utilize the alternative tiebreaker variant and several additional variants which are detailed below.

Orders, notifications and all other correspondence will be done in the thread. Of course you are welcome to send me additional conditional orders via PM. (You can send me (Pre-)Orders per PM also but interference with other orders must be solved nonetheless)
Tabeltalk will be done in the thread! No private messaging!

Play will be simultaneous for the first two turns.

Please plan to check in at least once a day. If you're going away and can't check in for a few days, please let us know ahead of time.

In deference to FFG, I will not be posting card text from the game in the forum only by pm.

In the interest of saving time, please make good use of mailing me Conditional Orders for SoT & Trade, CM, Movement, Research for the next upcoming phase!

This game will use some alterations to the current rules:

1) Iron and Healing abilities : We will follow the rules of the Bible instead of the rule of the last faq ->

83. Your turn in a battle is Ability > Card > Ability.
84. The battle ends after 2 subsequent turns where no player play neither a card neither an ability. This means that, if you are out of cards, you still can use an ability, like Mathematics. So, after the exhaustion of all cards from both players, they keep “playing” until both pass.
85. You can use an ability however you play the card (there is a misunderstanding about the rulebook saying that abilities “must be played before or after attacking an enemy front”).

2) Governments :
You can only change of Gov once per turn, except if you get a tech that unlocks a new kind of gov via a shared knowledge (etc) played upon you and after you already took your SoT. This means you can "double-dip" in some particular situations. For example, I'm in feudalism and just researched Democracy, I can take my free ressource and then change to democracy and get +2 trades.
-> Pyramids and Luther king allow you to double-dip each turn as you can change of Gov once per turn.

3) You can replace a Shipyard by building another starred building elsewhere and vice versa.

4) Each player draws 2 Civs and keep the one of their choice.

5) Confusius : Draw 2 GP and keep one (3 if Organized religion or Greece, 4 if Organized religion and Greece).

6) Tie-break :
Military don't overwin other kinds of victory. It goes like other kinds to tie-break. The point is that a player that haves lost his capital will not take part to the tie-break (even if he achieved a kind of victory and even a military one but this case never happen yet ^^ ; the player can still use his troops untill the end of the turn and destroy another player capital, but will not go for tie-break as he doesn't have his capital anymore).

+1 point for each tech
+1 point for each step on the culture track
+1 point for each coin
+0.5 point for each combat bonus (3 barracks gives you +3. Invests in Mic do also count.)
+1 point for each non-blockaded and non-destroyed wonder (so, only obsoleted and non-obsoleted).

Pardon my intrusion and what will doubtless come off as rudeness, but is this not a bit excessive? I don't agree with [WITHHELD]'s geek gold game, at all, but making a revenge match seems somewhat petty. It is a lie to say you are hosting this particular game for fun (THIS PARTICULAR GAME OF CIV! I am confident that all of the other generous moderations are for mutual enjoyment playing a great game. Just to make that clear) you are hosting it out of spite. Just my 2¥

i dont know how good players you guys see yourself: do you want to tackle the challenge of jhoratio on the table? or should i search for another player? (no offense jhoratio, you are just playing good =) )

LOL - I would like to play in a "regular" game so I'd like to stay in if possible - also prestidigitator crushed me as Rome last time we played together.
