I like the the original box to keep figures in safe place.
I have found a solution to keep them in there and store everything in 1 box.
You just need scissors.

Have a look how I did it.
Mage Knight, Lost Legion and Krang in 1 box:

And here is where Lost Legion and Krang figure are hiding:

Map tiles:

This is what I cut:

What's in the box:

Everything out:

And here is what I want to add!
I know I can fit more Mage Knigths in there. I'm still carrying my playtesting figure and his deck/skills in the box!

Back in the box:

All cards are in sleeves.

I hope I helped you.

Enjoy Mage Knights!

Nice storage solution! I don't have Krang yet, but my one-box storage solution involved throwing out all the original inserts. I created a new insert out of foam core, and in one small section laid in some polyester fiberfill. It keeps all the figures cozy, cushioned and immobilized.

My storage solution was to buy lidded stick butter holders. It holds the figure and all the figure's tiles. It took 7 to hold the figures/figure tiles and the tiles for the game. For the larger figures I got a two stick butter holder. The cards are in ziploc bags. Tiles are in loose.

Ah, seems like we don't. Thanks, anyway!

Fortunately we do have a nearby Container Store that sells all different kinds of compartmental plastic boxes. I was just hoping I wouldn't have to do any thinking by buying the exact one you already used.

My set up looks pretty much like Donny Behne.

I bought the container at wallmart.

I ended up getting an "Infinity Divider Box" from the Container Store. I had to buy a few extra dividers to create all the separation I wanted. I ended up fitting the base, Lost Legion, and Krang all together in a single box. Next up is to print out some tuck boxes for the cards, which are all currently in bags (along with character shield tokens - will also get mini bags for those).

Here's how I fit all the enemy tokens/ruins, dice, crystals, figurines, hero level-ups, skills, round order tokens, and volkare's figurine in a single box.

Then all the cards with some cutouts to keep them from running into each other. This will get cleaner once I print out the tuck boxes.

And how it fits with the remaining tiles.

Thanks to Pawel and others for the inspiration.
