Why is it good? One person control this free-to-build company, and create an obstacle for everyone else. The Narrow Gauge does something same, doesn't it?
Isn't this exp unbalanced? Does this exp. works good with the Narrow Gauge and Erie?

It's not just an obstacle, it changes timing of share-ownership ending and potentially income.

I thought the nickle plate doesn't count toward the shares ending. And, as for income, it is likely to be sold in the final round, so it's value is pretty stable/knowable. Seems like it can be more valuable to someone who has a couple of develop actions they can do.

Does anyone have any good examples of how it is used outside of a blocking capacity?
