This year I'm thinking of bringing a couple of games to play with the family after Thanksgiving dinner. I have a couple in mind, but I'd love to get some recommendations.

You can add them to: Games to play with the family after Thanksgiving dinner or just reply here.

Thanks.

You won't be sleeping? In my family the only game after Thanksgiving is nap time.

When asking "What would Jesus do?", remember that flipping over tables and using a whip are within the realm of possibilities.

I looked thru your collection and I recommend King of Tokyo, For Sale, and Lords of Waterdeep.

I personally already have TurfMaster lined up to play with my sister and her family.

In no particular order...

The Resistance: Avalon
Dixit
King of Tokyo
Citadels

For the last one standing, I'll kick it up a notch in complexity to something like Seasons. And if they're truly up to the task, Terra Mystica.

Not sure I'm even bringing games this year. I have in the past and they typically sit unplayed. My mother in law is pretty much the only other person there interested in playing. My sisters in law can be roped in, but they won't be there.

Not sure it will be worth the hassle and potential damage to bring any games along this year.

Maybe something like Wits and Wagers would get played...
