A bit old, but:

Love Letter's a great suggestion. Parade's a bit simple.

One word - Guildhall. We've introduced this to several non gamer friends and it's gone over very well. Simple enough to teach to newbies but complex enough to keep gamers interested. With the expansion provides plenty of variety to keep things fresh and new. Only downside is that it can be prone to AP.

Rage or 6 nimmt! might be good. We like those a lot.
You could also try Cockroach Poker....

I just got done with a game of Pick a Pig. so lets put that up there shall we. After that of course Love Letter then follow up quickly with No Thanks because buyouts and bluffs are brilliant.

If you're looking to switch things up a bit, I recommend Innovation. http://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/63888/innovation

It is the best card game that I've played, though some will tell you it is a bit hairy with 4 people. I think it works just fine. In a four player game there are 2 teams and the number of actions you can take is reduced from 2 to 1 to speed things up. Check it out! It's also not that expensive and is as meaty as most board games relatively

There's a new game on kick starter that is trying to bring back the idea of a trick taking game but modernize it in a way that todays market would enjoy.

It actually doesn't really feel like a trick taking game. The at is great and the addition of the dice makes thing fun. I highly encourage you take a look.

Noble Treachery: The Last Alliance is the game. Kick starter link is on the games page.

Haggis is for 2-3 players. I'm not sure why it was suggested.

I've found that Bid Euchre is much better than Euchre. Take a look and see what you think.

There are lots of excellent suggestions, so I'm sure you'll find something that will work.

Good luck!

Bottle Imp. Oh goodness, Bottle Imp all the way. Very easy to understand especially if you already know how to play trick-taking/trump card games.

No Thanks is fun but dependent on luck and group dynamic (not an inherently bad thing). Parade is a bit thinky-er but I really like it. Love Letter is a good game. Not the mind-blowing gift from God that some people make it out to be, but it's good.

I'm a backer of Noble Treachery and I agree with the above sentiments. Looks like a lot of fun but it won't be out for a bit. Back it while you can, I suppose. I think the "basic" pledge level is only $25 or $30.

Yup, only $25 for the game shipped to your door. I think the MSRP on this game would easily be $30 so I think it's quite a deal.

Anyway, I'm going to have to check out Bottle Imp. Sounds fun.

Also, I'd have to 2nd Biblios (if you can find it) and Love Letter. Biblios is a great game. Love Letter is a good game with some deduction.

I immediately thought of Hanabi and Fairy Tale. Both have already been suggested; I agree they are great for non-gamers, mainly because they are simple rules-wise and quick to play.
