I've got a single die that's a complete color misprint on all the runner, torch, key sides. It's a red and blue runner, and a green torch and key.

I've sent off an email to:

j.daubner@queen-games.de

I've also tried to contact user Chilibean. It's been a week now with no response. Anything else I should cover?

Can confirm, I also had the same problem when I bought an expansion (forgot which one) -- a single, miscoloured die.

E-mailed info@queen-games.de outlining the problem, provided my mailing address, and got an e-mail back a day later saying they were sorry and that a new die was on its way.

The die came a few weeks later.

Hope that helps if the other advice hasn't gotten you anywhere!

Just got a response from Rajive Gupta. They're sending a replacement.

I got 2 misprinted dice with the blue and red sides switched.
Just sent a mail asking for replacements as well.

I just discovered 1 misprinted die in my original game (Adventurer colours are swapped with Mask colours), and the 5 dice in my Illusions expansion have decidedly orange masks instead of yellow ones. Email sent.

Replacements arrived this week. Although all 6 "golden mask" die faces are orange just like the ones I got in Illusions, at least I now have a full set of orange dice to replace what would've been a mismatched base game set. So all is good!
