I normally just check in Amazon or the usual online suspects and see both the MSRP and their discounted price. But assuming they don't carry the game anymore, is there a database somewhere with most board games list price?

You could check somewhere like CoolStuff:

http://www.coolstuffinc.com/main_search.php?pa=searchOnName&...

Suburbia's out of stock, but it still shows its price. Is there a specific game you can't find?

As does Miniature Market. Pretty much any of the large online game stores should have MSRP so if you can't find it at a one site, try another

Now, if you are asking about MSRP for items currently out of print, that may be more difficult since they wouldn't be listed on any of the online stores' site
