This may be foolish but how exactly do intercept orders work?

At turn 1 do you write orders for 2 and 3, on 2 for 4 and 5, of 3 fr 6 and 7.

or

At turn one you do 1 and 2, on 2 you do 3, on 3 you do 4

or

At turn one you do 2 and 3, on 2 you do 4, on 3 you do 5?

Last time I played I used your first version. It was a little difficult to stay ahead on orders, but it worked fine. Don't know if that was right, but that was how we interpreted the rules.

Hi guys,

It's actually the third one. Intercept fleets always have to have their moves plotted at least two turns in advance.

So during the orders phase of turn one, you must plot up through turn three.

On turn two, you must plot turn four,

and on turn three, plot five, etc.
