All reality is a game. Physics at its most fundamental, the very fabric of our universe, results directly from the interaction of certain fairly simple rules, and chance... (Iain Banks)

ABC Radio interviewed the local cop, who had a tremendously hard time staying serious. Poor bloke obviously thought (a) it was hilarious, and (b) his bosses would disapprove if he laughed about it on the radio news. It's interesting that the CFA (Fire), Ambulance, SES (Volunteer emergency workers) and the cops all turned up: I suspect there was a very fast telephone tree at work. I'd love to have been in the local pub on Monday night.

And just to be clear, Laurence was playing naked hide and seek with his girlfriend. He only strips and hides in appliances when he has company cool

Not according to the radio: his SO called the fireys and had to dress before letting them into the house laugh

I wonder if Laurence has done any naked greased dropbear wrestling.

This activity is more common than you'd think but can only be done after the creature has been de-fanged and tranquilised

Au contraire.

Yeah, I hope the news teams keep an eye on this guy. I'm curious to see how he is going to top this performance.
