Does anyone else have this problem? (Meeple is helping out with scale)

The game starts out fine, but by the end of each game, the board warps severely. For a dexterity game, this seems pretty unacceptable.

Did I just get unlucky on my copy, or is this standard fare for this game? What's weirder, is I even live in a very dry climate. I don't have this problem with any other games (except Exodus: Proxima Centauri)

Thanks for the link. I had glanced back a few pages and did not see anything.

So do I, and this happens with almost every game that includes board tiles.

It has to do with the lack of humidity. When I first get a game with board tiles instead of a board is put them under heavy books for about a week. This helps them acclimatize to the dry air, yet remain flat.

Once they get acclimatized, they should lay flat.

Thanks for the advice. I'll give it a shot (seems way less trouble than getting a replacement!)

I did notice that the cardboard stock is quite absorbent...
I just kept the bag of silica gel in the box... seems to work... fingers crossed!
