Hey All,

I seem to be running into an issue posting links. I do a lot of session reports, and I'd like to include links to older ones from the same game at the bottom of my latest thread. However, every time I try insert a link that uses link text there is a problem. The hyper link won't work and it looks like the url and the link text just get thrown together. I've tried pretty much every option in the Insert Geek Link drop down menu. Any help would really be appreciated!

Take the long number from the URL of your session report

1118996

from

http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/1118996/advanced-solo-strate...

and put it in the "thread" choice from Insert Geek Link, which will look like

Advanced Solo Strategy Session 006: Galactus + Jean Grey vs. Hawkeye, Nick Fury & Spider-Man

(quote me to see)

Lets take this session report for example.

Advanced Solo Strategy Session 001: Stryfe + Emissaries of Evil vs. Blade, Captain America & Thor

What you want to do is copy the thread ID number in the url of the session report in question, open up Insert Geek Link, and in the Add Thread window that opens paste the thread ID number where it says ID. And then hit Go.

This is what it will look like as the text you enter.

[thread=1066341][/thread]

Hope that helps!

Thanks so much! Using my own thread as an example definitely helped illustrate the point!
