Hi,

was anyone already in contact with the customer service for game issues with this company?

How is their support? Do they answer quite quick?

I've only had to contact them once, and they responded quite quickly and resolved my issue with no hesitation.

Same as the rest. They replied to me almost immediately, on a weekend no less, and sent out the replacement parts I needed right away.

Our "info-babe," Karen, has been out sick the past few days. She's back in the office today and starting to get caught up.

(I can call her a "babe" because we go way back 30 years to High School, but don't YOU dare do that!).

A game I ordered had a component missing. Their customer support was fantastic: quick, polite and solution oriented. 10 out of 10 possible points.

I fully agree. I had issues two times and the guys and girls at VPG were more than willing to help, very kind and quicker than I'd ever imagined. Since then I am a satisfied costumer (not in the least because of their great games).

Today I was in contact with Karen and my issue will be fixed.
