Nice game! Really liking what I see so far.

Two questions about retreat after combat:

- First one is just a clarification, it should be rather obvious (I hope), but I just want to make absolutely sure:
since you have to stop the advance once you enter an EZOC, am I right to assume that if the attacker is in an EZOC directly after the combat, he can't advance at all?

- Secondly, What are the stacking rules for advance after combat? I.e. could I move four units up a road, go the full retreat path with two units and only a part of the retreat path with the other two? Or is it assumed that all attackers advance simultaneously, i.e. only two units can advance after a battle?

Thanks!

Not having the rules in front of me, but I believe the answers are:

1. You CAN advance. The rules is that you must stop as soon as you ENTER and EZOC. Where that unit came from before ENTERING that EZOC doesn't matter.

2. Advance units one at a time and follow the normal stacking rules while doing so.

Combat Results:
6+ < AS - survivors, if any retreat 1-4 hexes.

I assume it is the defenders choice on how many hexes survivors retreat, correct?

btw, I love the system, thanks.

That is correct, Matt. Glad you like the system. It is quite unique in some ways.
