Just had an amazing experience with Plaid Hat. Opened my new heart of Glorm expansions and one of the cards had gotten folded in packaging.
Emailed Plaid Hat and got a response next day to ship me out a replacement. It always feels good when a company, whose game you like, is so great with customer support.
Honestly, "next day" seems kinda slow for them. Must have been a busy day for them!
