Just got my copy of the game, and really love it. However, when I opened the components, there weren't any purple workers.

I've contacted Z-Man about the problem, but I wanted to see if this happened to anyone else? It's not a huge deal right now, but I can substitute counters from another game, but it is pretty annoying.

I had all mine. Probably a little rare for one color to go missing since they are bagged together. I recently got Strasbourg and ALL my meeples were missing.

Warlord beats Troll, Troll beats Elf, Elf beats Water Sprite, and basically everything else beats Enchanted Bunny.

It happens. No need to be annoyed since they will replace them. One of my red workers had their head chopped off (came painted that way), but they sent a replacement very quickly. This is one of the reasons I always open an inventory upon receiving the game, and NOT for the first time at game night.

No red workers in my box which arrived today. I'm sure it'll be sorted quickly but still. You have to wonder sometimes if there's any quality control at all in the factories where these games are made. Used to only be the odd game made in China that had missing/broken components. Now I've noticed it's starting to affect more and more games made elsewhere, even in Germany. Very frustrating.
