One more question... In the beginning of the rules it says bribery is possible. Does that include giving others money (by putting your money pieces back in stock and the other player adding money pieces from their stock)? The question may sound silly, but the rules are written quite peculiar so I'm not quite sure?

There isn't a mechanism for giving money to another faction, so that would not be an option. You can spend your money on the allegiance table to the benefit of another faction, hire Water beggars to raise a siege of an opponent's city, negotiate control of towns, cities, and provinces, and so on.
