Hello,
last night we had an interesting scenario:

a Friend played his spell Motivation. Now he decided to place a room and then the second one on top of the first facedown placed room. So he created a 2 facedown stack.
As we had to flip them over he flipped both over and we saw that he builded an Advance Fighter Room with this maneuver. All Treasure types are correct btw.

So here is the question:
is it possible to do that, futhermore: is it possible to build a room on a deactivated/facedown room?

Greetings
Nyxlos

You can build a room over a facedown room in the situation you describe. However, deactivated rooms are treated as though they are not part of the dungeon. As a result, you cannot build on top of a deactivated room, and its treasure type is ignored during the bait phase.

This scenario could actually not take place, because you may never build over a face-down Room.

Hope that helps!

Thank you very much

so his only chance to insta-build an advance is the "Construction Zone"
