CW,Free France and the USA are at war with Japan. USA land Germany are neutral. Playing with Limited Oversea Supply. There are cp and SCS USA units in the Coral Sea. And SCS Japanese ships with a xx infantry embarqued, ready to Invade the CW Rabaul Territory. Rabaul is with suply,but...

A German CX Raider SCS enters the Coral Sea. The US CP is the link between Australia and Rabaul. But the USA and Germany are NOT at war.

Is Rabaul OoS and can the japanese xx infantry invade automatically ?

I´m the axis player and Ignacio USA/CW/Free France player.

German is at war with CW, USA and Germany not at war eachother but are not neutral.

Reading FAQs:

Q2.4-4 2.4.2 Option 11 Italy is at war with Britain. Japan is at war
with China only.
Playing with Limited Overseas Supply, for
each of the following, tell us if supply can
be traced through the Med to an Italian unit
in North Africa or not:
(a) Japanese CP alone.
(b) Japanese CP and British SCS / Aircraft
with Air to Sea factor.
(c) Japanese CP escorted by Italian SCS /
Aircraft with Air to Sea factor, with also
British SCS / Aircraft with Air to Sea factor
in the sea area.
(d) Italian CP without any escort but with
British SCS / Aircraft with Air to Sea factor
in the Sea Zone

(a) yes
(b) no
(c) no, (example: because there is no
convoy, TRS or AMPH in the sea area
controlled by a major power at war with the
CW).
Date 07/03/2008
(d) yes. Date 25/06/2008

2.4.2 Option 11: You can only trace a supply path
overseas if each sea area you trace it through
contains a friendly convoy, TRS or AMPH.
(…)
You cannot trace a supply path into a sea area that
contains:
ï an enemy CV, SCS or aircraft unit with an air-to-sea
factor;
ï unless it also contains a surface naval unit, or aircraft
unit with an air-to-sea factor, (SiF option 11: convoy,
TRS, or AMPH only) controlled by any major power or
minor country at war with that enemy unit.

I think, but I´m not sure, that German cx cuts supply because there is no "combat" unit at war with Germany and the CX cuts CWs supply because Germany is at war with CW. Rabauls notional unit is CW unit.

Looks like the FAQ has answered this. I think you are right; Rabaul is out of supply.
