Despite my frustrations regarding missing blocks in my copy which I purchased today (see rant below!) Penny at Columbia has replied very swiftly & the blocks will be on the way.

Can't fault that for customer service in anyway shape or form.

Just wish they could count them out a wee bit more carefully to start with (in the copies I seem to buy anyway) whistle

I had the same experience. Very good service from them. I will definitely back the Sam Grant Kick Starter when it launches.

I had the same incident with missing blocks.

There communication and immediate resolution was top notch.

I immediately placed another order directly with them and look forward to there next kickstarter campaign.

They offer fun, engaging yet easy to "get into" games and excellent customer service. A very good combination to have that is lacking by too many companies today.
