played the game last weekend really enjoyed it
the only fly in the ointment madge figgy came out straight away
and the player who hired her had a network counter and storehouse in st. leven, as another player had hired john avery as a starter madge had to concentrate on only the two of us,anyway the question is when m.f. steals your goods and places them in st. leven does that alert the customs in the usual manner or because she brought them in on her broomstick rather than
landed them by boat do the customs ignore her,one of our players wanted to know if there was a madge fiddy must die t-shirt available but i think that's a bit harsh after all what's the point of being a witch if you cant be evil and wicked

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your message... the idea of a Madge Figgy must die t-shirt appeals a lot, I must look into it.

With regards to the rule clarification, Customs do not react to Madge Figgy when she uses her magic to steal your goods.

A good way to counter the threat of this most Wicked of Witches would be to find a way of targeting either Madge Figgy or the controlling player each turn with other card/s, this would potentially result in a steal from me and lose ..... each turn which may just be enough to stop the barrage. Another option is to let her steal your goods, thus saving you having to take the risk of landing them, then steal them back with another card devil just as evil but way more fun....

May the winds always be in your favor!

Madge Figgy
What happens if two or more players have network counters in St Levan? Are the goods placed under the network counter of whoever played Madge Figgy (assuming her related network counter is still there)? What happens if the card player no longer has a NC there - does it go the NC belonging to the next person to take an action?
